Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ramón “CZ” Colón-López served 33 years in the U.S. military, culminating as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC)—the highest-ranking enlisted leader in the U.S. military, responsible for 2.4 million troops and a multibillion-dollar budget. From Joint Special Operations missions to the Pentagon, CZ led in environments where leadership was measured in outcomes, not intentions.
Across decades of service, he captured lessons from combat, failure, and senior leadership in thirteen Moleskine notebooks—the foundation of Carnivore Leadership.
Today, he brings those lessons to leaders who understand that responsibility is not optional and leadership is not a title.
